This Privacy Policy explains how BigMinds ("we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit the website at bigminds.online (the "Site"). BigMinds is a trading name used by an independent sole operator based in Kenya.
For the purposes of the Data Protection Act, 2019 (Kenya), the data controller responsible for your personal data is:

02 Scope of this policy
This policy covers only the BigMinds Site. Our products — e-soko.store and SmartLib (smartlib.cc) — operate on their own websites and have their own separate privacy policies that govern any account, content, or transaction data you provide to them.

The Site is a simple informational website. We aim to collect as little personal data as possible.
Information you give us
If you contact us by email (for example, via support@bigminds.online), we receive your email address, your name if you provide it, and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, when you visit the Site our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical information in server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and version, device information, the pages you view, and the date and time of access. This is used for security, diagnostics, and to keep the Site running reliably.

04 Why we use your data and our lawful basis
We process personal data only where we have a lawful basis to do so, including to:

09 How we protect your data
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10 Children
The Site is not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data through the Site, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
